Enjoying the Pool!
Summer is on it's way and so is the fun around the pool.
Tequila Sunrise Mocktail! Made without tequila, orange juice, and grenadine syrup which provides the red colour in Tequila Sunrise, with a vibrant colour that screams of summer!! One of the best tequila cocktails that’s refreshing and easy to drink!

Have a go at this recipe.
Ingredients

• 45 ml tequila
• 90ml orange juice
• 15ml grenadine syrup

GARNISHES

• Orange slices
• Maraschino cherry

Instructions
Pour and orange juice in a tall glass. Scale up recipe as required for your glass size 
Mix, then fill with ice.
Drizzle grenadine down the side of the glass over the back of a teaspoon. Do not mix!
Garnish with orange slice and Maraschino cherry. Serve immediately!
Note: If you want to alcohol, add 45ml or 1 part tequila to 3 parts OJ to larger size servings.

Hypochlorite breaks apart when ultraviolet radiation from the sun hits it, releasing the chlorine as gas into the atmosphere. Sunlight is so effective at reducing chlorine that a bright, sunny day can do so by 90 percent in just two hours.

Tip:

This is an old hack that many don't know and it's cheap.  Throwing a couple of tennis balls in your pool is a great way to assist with removing surface oil from lotions, makeup, body and hair.  All of theses oils can lead to cloudy water and the depletion of your free chlorine levels.

What occurs is the oils get absorbed into the tennis balls’ fluffy surface. Newer tennis balls work better than older ones - Give it crack!
